By downloading, installing, or using the GoodWatch mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

GoodWatch is a movie recommendation service that provides personalized movie suggestions based on your mood, available time, and streaming platform preferences. The Service helps users discover content available on various streaming platforms.

GoodWatch does not provide streaming content itself. We recommend content that is available on third-party streaming platforms. You must have valid subscriptions to those platforms to watch the recommended content.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

GoodWatch does not require you to create an account to use the core features of the Service. Your preferences are stored locally on your device.

If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to provide accurate and complete email information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials you may create in the future.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party streaming platforms and services. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. GoodWatch is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.

Your use of third-party streaming platforms to watch recommended content is subject to your agreements with those platforms, including any subscription fees.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee that recommendations will match your preferences or that content will be available on all platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOODWATCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service, if any, in the past twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodWatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and discontinuing use of the website. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of India.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoodWatch regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
